Related Economics Projects (Funded by HEFCE FDTL5)

• ETC: Embedding Threshold Concepts. Led by Staffordshire University, in partnership with Coventry University, Durham University and the University of the West of England. The project aims to improve students' understanding in economics by developing first year undergraduates' acquisition of threshold concepts. A number of resources are available on the project website to download.
• FEELE: Finance and Economics Experimental Laboratory at Exeter. The project goal is to bring economics experiments to the classroom to inspire students, and lead them into a deeper understanding of economic theory. The project's Economic Classroom Experiments page on WikiVersity makes available many kinds of experiments.
• Beyond dissemination strategies: Embedding computer-based learning and effective uses of WinEcon and VLEs. Led by University of Birmingham, this project works with lecturers in their institutions to customise WinEcon to their particular modules and institutional Virtual Learning Environment.
